OEM, ODM or private label: which is right for you?

OEM is the right route if you already own a formula or specification and want a reliable factory to make it. ODM suits you if you have an idea, a target consumer and the claims you want to make, and need a team to develop the product. Private label lets you launch under your own name and packaging without building a factory.

Many brands start with ODM to get the formula right, then move to repeat OEM-style orders. If you are not sure which fits, say so when you contact us and we will help you choose.

How does a project with Furley work?

A project follows seven clear steps, from brief to repeat orders. You bring the idea or formula. We take care of formulation, samples, regulatory documentation, packaging, production and quality control.

  • Brief: tell us the product, market and claims you want.
  • Formulation and samples: we develop or review the formula and refine samples with you.
  • Regulatory and packaging: we prepare NPRA documentation and coordinate artwork.
  • Production and delivery: GMP-guided production, quality checks and handover.
