What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM you supply the formula or specification and we manufacture it. With ODM we develop the formulation for you from a brief, and you launch it under your brand.
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. You can launch under your own brand name, packaging and positioning while we handle formulation, production and documentation.
What types of products can you manufacture?
We manufacture edibles and functional foods, supplements and cosmetics. We also work on halal products, HOCl wound care and bioextracts.
Can you develop a custom formulation?
Yes. Share your brief, target consumer and the claims you would like to make. Our team will develop a formulation and samples for your review.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product format, packaging and ingredients. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is practical for your first run.
Do you manufacture halal products?
Yes. Furley holds Food Halal certification. Please tell us at the start if halal is required, so that ingredients and processes can be planned correctly.
Which certifications can you speak to?
Food Halal, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, NPRA and FDA. Which of them applies depends on your product category. Ask us and we will explain what is relevant for yours.
Can you help with NPRA notification or registration?
Yes. We support the documentation for NPRA notification and registration of products sold in Malaysia, and we review label text and claims.
Do you handle packaging and labelling?
Yes. We help you select packaging, review label text and coordinate artwork so the finished pack is ready to sell.
