## What happens after you contact us?

We read your brief and reply with questions or a proposed next step. We do not promise a fixed timetable here, because it depends on the product, but we will tell you what to expect for yours.

From there the work follows the [OEM and ODM process](https://furley.bio/oem-and-odm-process/): formulation, samples, regulatory documentation, packaging and production.

Products sold in Malaysia may need notification or registration with the [National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA)](https://www.npra.gov.my/), so tell us early where you plan to sell.
